  • Just watched "Classic Woodworking" on PBS

and it was a little disappointing. Brief background, we had been on Dish Satellite for the last 6 years and the PBS they had for us didn't carry any woodworking shows except Scott Phillips. Let the Fun Begin!

Hi everyone-starting on my new Aavegotchi Intarsia creation titled "Farmer has a Farm". I have drawn the rough pattern for the farmer and have chosen the palate of woods . From left to right-Pernambuco, Holly, Purpleheart,Lacewood, Blue Mahoe, Pink Ivory, Wenge and Maple. Got all of the pieces cut and assembled for the Farmer and am working on the shaping and texturing of each piece. Decided that the Farmer needed a Spirit Gem belt buckle. 36 pieces from 8 woods. To be continued!!

    Education

Education One of the many projects we are working on is a wiki for our online community. A wiki is a great way for woodworkers and enthusiasts to share their knowledge to others, and to impart their knowledge for others to learn from, and utilize as well for their own benefit. We hope you'll consider being a wiki contributor. Research Do you love researching? Do you like to write about subjects in a factual non-biased style?
